Dear Owl Necklaces Fans,

Owl Necklaces will be on vacation between July 15- July 23.  All orders placed during this time will be shipped after July 24th.  If you need an owl necklace or owl gift in the next few weeks please plan accordingly.  I do my best for 1-2 day turn around on all your owl and bird gift orders…. but some necklaces such as my vintage lockets do take at least two days to create.  Please let me know if you have any questions.

For those of you looking for an owl gift for your Valentine’s Day sweetie…..please remember each necklace is handmade.  I do my best to make each necklace within 24-48 hours but I cannot guarantee shipping through the USPS.  If you would like your owl necklace by Saturday, Feb. 13th… I recommend using one of the following shipping upgrades.

1.  Priority mail shipping (2-3 night shipping)

2.  Express mail shipping (fastest delivery option through USPS)

3.  If you prefer a different shipping option such as Fedex please e-mail debzeitlin@gmail.com for a price quote.  I’m happy to ship using other methods for those of you who prefer other mail carriers.

For those of you shopping for holiday owl gifts here are the guidelines posted through USPS.

I have had an abundance of orders this month so my turn around time for owl gifts is approx. 3-4 days.  Please shop early to make sure your holiday gifts arrive on time!

As the happy owl-idays are approaching I wanted to inform you of my shipping policies.  I try to ship my necklaces within 23-48 hours of purchase using USPS.  I use tracking on every single item.  Shipping upgrades are available for priority mail or express shipping here: Shipping

After I send the package through USPS, I no longer have control of how long the owl items take to get from Aurora, IL (60598) to your location.  In general snail mail takes about 4-5 days to most US locations whereas priority mail takes about 2-3 days.  Express mail is usually 1 night but with the holiday’s coming I strongly suggest looking at the following website to get a shipping quote from USPS:  Express Shipping

If you have a specific shipping question please just let me know.  I want you all to receive your owl necklaces and owl gifts on time.

3. Once you decide to pay, you will be taken to Paypal for payment.
a. If you do not have Paypal and want to pay for your purchases with a credit card I can
help you figure out how to pay without signing up for Paypal.
b. If you prefer to pay with a money order please let me know. This is always an option.
c. If you are paying with an e-check or money order I wait until payment clears to ship
your little owl necklaces.
4. After your payment has been processed I create your owl necklace/ bird/vintage gift and
will send you a shipping confirmation (and tracking) through Paypal.
a. Please make sure you use the correct shipping address on your order. I ship to the
shipping address on your order even if your shipping address is different than your paypal
shipping address.
