Owl Necklaces

Dear Owl Necklaces Fans,

It is a very small world out there!  Because of Facebook I have been reunited with several friends from middle and high school.  Recently an old friend wrote me the following e-mail:

I was just given one of your necklaces. I  wore it last weekend – it’s beautiful!  Your jewelry is making it’s way around the world. I get many, many compliments on my necklace.

This blog is really changing… I like to blog about owl necklaces and owl gifts but today I am going to tell you a little more about my personal life.  I just completed my first relay triathlon.  I’m posting a few pictures from this great day.

My good news is that from now until further notice my niece will be in charge of naming all of my new owl necklaces.  She took it upon herself to become an owl collector herself.  We had a sleepover this week where she wore her owl t-shirt, brought her owl purse, and brought all of her owl collectibles.  We then took my owl eco friendly bag everywhere and had a great time around town.  I’m so proud that she loves owls (among her other favorite such as dogs and flamingos). 

Emily’s Schedule:

5:00 am- wake up Deb

5:05 am- Deb is annoyed and tells Emily to go back to sleep

5:15 am- Emily is sleeping

7:00 am- Emily standing at my door and ready to play

8:00 am- We are playing at the park.  The picture is actually taken at 8:00 am in the morning!

10:00 am- Play in sprinklers

12:00 pm- Go to Toys-R-Us

2:00 pm- Go to pool

6:00 pm- Dinner and Emily falls a sleep!  Thank goodness she finally got tired.

Dear Owl Necklaces Fans,

I know that I’m late but I wanted to wish everyone a wonderful 4th of July.  I hope everyone had a nice time celebrating the holiday weekend.  I was lucky to visit friends in St. Louis.  The fireworks downtown St. Louis were amazing.  The food was wonderful…. I love my fro-yo on the Delmar Loop.  Who doesn’t love pizza either?  I’m thankful for my wonderful friends and happy times celebrating this Independence Day.
