Today is a wonderful day…. It is the day that my parent’s were married exactly 42 years ago!  I can hardly believe that my mom and dad have been married so many years.  I’ve heard the stories of how they met on the VERY FIRST computer dating service.  It was many moons ago when they submitted their profiles and a letter was sent to them with 10 different matches.  Apparently, my mom only dated my dad but…. my dad was a little bit more a player of his time

My parent’s have always been strong supporters of my adventures including this website: Owl Necklaces.  My mom and dad are constantly amazed at all of my ideas and of course my success in selling owl gifts and to tell you the truth…. so am I.  Thank you for all your support.

Speaking of moms across the world, here is a picture of my favorite mom!  My mom is a wonderful woman who I look up to and love.  She raised four great children and is still there to support the four of us as adults.  Thanks Mom!  Here is a picture of my mom and I at the Brookfield Zoo (April 2009).
