I hope that everyone had a wonderful Valentine’s Weekend.  I have not posted fan-mail in a while so I thought I would share some in the next few days.  The following customer ordered owls for her daughters to remember her son that passed away.  The owls were and are currently a family favorite…..

I got the package yesterday.  I was so touched that you included a necklace for me.  That is incredibly sweet.  I can’t wait until they get them on Valentine’s Day.  I am wearing my Owl pin today.

It was my pleasure to include an extra owl necklace.  That was my gift to you…. I appreciate my customers and like to give back when I have a chance.  I realize that I cannot give free owl necklaces to all my customers, but when I can, I do.
