It is tough to find some of my older posts related to chain length and styles.  In an effort to make your life a little easier I am going to repost some FAQS.

1. Can I change the length of my owl necklace (or bird/ vintage necklace)?
Great question! In most cases I can adjust the length of your owl necklace. If when ordering you prefer a shorter chain at 14 inch, 15 inch, or even a 17 inch necklace chain please just let me know when you place your order. For a longer length chain there are additional charges but I can generally accommodate your special requests.

2. Can I order this chain in sterling silver?
The answer is yes! You can always swap the owl necklace chain from gunmetal or other tone to sterling silver necklace. I will e-mail you a price difference quote to upgrade to a sterling silver chain.

3.Can I pay using my credit card?
Yes! You can always use your credit card to pay Paypal without signing up for Paypal. Click here to find out more information about Paypal.

Thanks so much for your continued support!  I just wanted to take a quick minute to remind everyone to ask questions about individual products.  If you need more pictures or have questions about sizes…. just e-mail me.  I’m happy to send you what I can and answer all questions before purchasing (and of course after purchasing) about my owl necklaces and owl gifts.  After you purchase your handmade necklace I go through each order and hand create each owl design to your specifications.  Once I send the package- all sales are final

3. Once you decide to pay, you will be taken to Paypal for payment.
a. If you do not have Paypal and want to pay for your purchases with a credit card I can
help you figure out how to pay without signing up for Paypal.
b. If you prefer to pay with a money order please let me know. This is always an option.
c. If you are paying with an e-check or money order I wait until payment clears to ship
your little owl necklaces.
4. After your payment has been processed I create your owl necklace/ bird/vintage gift and
will send you a shipping confirmation (and tracking) through Paypal.
a. Please make sure you use the correct shipping address on your order. I ship to the
shipping address on your order even if your shipping address is different than your paypal
shipping address.
5. Wait for your owl necklace to come in the mail. If you have any changes, forget to add your message, etc. please send me an email at any time to debzeitlin@gmail.com.

US Shipping:
Owl Necklaces uses the United States Postal Service for its shipping needs through Paypal. We ship all items via first class mail with delivery confirmation. Should you require a different shipping method, please contact me and I will make every effort to accommodate you.

A tracking number will be emailed to you when your jewelry ships, to insure a safe delivery

International Orders:
Owl Necklaces will ship internationally via USPS. Should you require a different shipping method, please contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate you. Most international shipping cost about $5.00 per package.
