Store Information and Policies…

General Info: Each owl is made of different materials and paints. Please e-mail me for more information on specific owl questions. The owls are not intended for children and not meant to be put in your mouth. They are novelty necklaces custom made for you!

Payment: PayPal is my preferred method. Please submit payment immediately upon completing checkout. Please e-mail me if you have any questions or concerns about payment.

Shipping Information:
Orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment (in general). Some of my necklaces take a day or two to make but I do my best to get your order shipped as fast as possible. Within the US items are sent first class mail. I will upgrade to priority, overnight shipping, or add insurance. I use paypal shipping/ USPS tracking so you can track your items at all times.

Refund Information: (updated 5/6/2009)
All sales are final. Refunds are only offered if there is an error on my part. If an item is damaged during shipping or you are dissatisfied in any way, contact me within 3 days of receiving the item. I guarantee the quality of my work. Although rare, if an item breaks, please contact me. Within 30 days of purchase and normal wear and tear, I will repair the item free of charge. After that time period, charges will be applied based on the type of repair. My goal is to keep the charges to a minimum.

Once an item is shipped to the post office, I am not responsible for lost mail. Sorry!
