1. Can I change the length of my owl necklace (or bird/ vintage necklace)?
Great question! In most cases I can adjust the length of your necklace. If when ordering you prefer a shorter chain at 14 inch, 15 inch, or even a 17 inch necklace chain please just let me know when you place your order. For a longer length chain there are additional charges but I can generally accommodate your special requests.

2. Can I order this chain in sterling silver?
The answer is yes! You can always swap the owl necklace chain from gunmetal or other tone to sterling silver necklace. I will e-mail you a price difference form to upgrade to a sterling silver chain.

3.Can I pay using my credit card?
